Annual Summer Conference
The annual conference is a day and a half of presentations by a broad spectrum of Oregon attorneys providing timely and thoughtful information. Section members have consistently provided favorable reviews, with more than 200 attendees each year. There is plenty of time for socializing throughout the event.

The 2026 Conference will be August 20-22 at Salishan Lodge in Gleneden Beach.

Luncheon CLEs
The section regularly hosts a lunch presentation on a timely real estate or land use topic at noon at The Royal Sonesta Hotel in downtown Portland.

Spring Forum
The spring forum was a day-long CLE exploring a variety of fundamental issues for real estate and land use practitioners. Since COVID in 2020, the spring forum has been on hiatus.
