Annual Summer Conference
The annual conference is a day and a half of presentations by a broad spectrum of Oregon attorneys providing timely and thoughtful information. Section members have consistently provided favorable reviews, with more than 200 attendees each year. There is plenty of time for socializing throughout the event, except in years during pandemics.

The 2025 RELU Annual Conference will be August 22 at Riverhouse in Bend and the 2026 Conference will be in August at Salishan.

Spring Forum

The spring forum is a day-long CLE exploring a variety of fundamental issues for real estate and land use practitioners. Due to COVID, the 2020-2023 spring forums were postponed.

Luncheon CLEs
The section also holds a regular lunch speaker, who talks to section members on a timely real estate or land use topic. The lunch is usually held at noon in downtown Portland. For members who are unable to attend, recordings are made available at no cost.

The next Luncheon CLE will be January 15, 2025, entitled: Ethical Practice of Law: Multi-Jurisdictional Legal Services. It will be held at the Royal Sonesta Portland Downtown, 506 SW Washington, in Portland. Register here.
